Key Skills
Qualifications and Experience Educational Qualification - Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any field. Experience - 5–10+ years in Executive Assistance and/or HR roles, preferably in dynamic or fast-growing companies. Essential Skills - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. - Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in HR/recruitment processes and employee engagement Additional Skills - Proficiency in English; working knowledge of Hindi, Gujarati, or Marathi is a plus. - Strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP solutions. - Self-starter with a proactive approach and attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES Primary Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities Executive Support - Manage the Directors' calendars, meetings, and schedules. - Handle travel bookings, expense reimbursements, appointments, and personal secretarial tasks. - Assist with corporate presentations, internal and external correspondence, and document preparation. Human Resources Management - Oversee talent acquisition: job postings, liaising with recruiters, and scheduling interviews. - Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and manage onboarding and exit formalities. - Track employee benefits, leave management, and maintain HR documentation. - Coordinate the annual Performance Evaluation process and other employee engagement initiatives.
