Key Responsibilities:
Procurement and Supplier Management:
Develop and manage relationships with key suppliers of raw materials, packaging, and other essential resources.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and timely deliveries.
Monitor supplier performance to ensure the quality and consistency of materials received.
Identify and source new suppliers as needed to diversify supply chains and mitigate risks.
Inventory Management:

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to forecast demand for finished goods based on market trends and customer orders.
Adjust supply plans according to fluctuations in customer demand or changes in market conditions.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce lead times and improve responsiveness to changes in demand.
Cost Control and Efficiency:
Monitor supply chain costs, including procurement, storage, and transportation expenses, and identify areas for cost reduction.
