**Working Hours:** 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, 6 days a week (2nd and 4th Saturdays are holidays).

Job Description
Designation:Verify: Head - Interior Design
RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities:Design Leadership : Provide visionary leadership to the interior design team, ensuring the highest standards of design excellence. Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's goals and project requirements.
Project Management : Oversee all phases of interior design projects, from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Team Management : Lead, mentor, and manage the interior design team, including designers and drafters. Delegate tasks, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to ensure the team's growth and performance.
Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements, ensuring that the final design aligns with their expectations. Present design proposals and ideas, incorporating their feedback into the design process.
Innovation and Research : Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, technologies, and materials, and integrate innovative ideas into design concepts. Explore sustainable and energy-efficient design solutions to align with environmental goals.
Quality Assurance : Ensure all designs meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetics. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure design integrity is maintained.
