Designation:Verify: PRESIDENT - HR, Administration and Corporate Affairs (CHRO)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities:Strategic HR Leadership & Organizational Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy, establish policies and frameworks, manage HR team, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Build a proactive hiring function, develop an Employer Branding strategy, and implement manpower planning model.
Labour Resource Management & Site HR Operations: Set up Labour Resource Department, drive efficiency in labor availability, compliance, and safety standards, promote labor contractor and worker well-being.
Performance Management, Culture & Employee Experience: Develop a performance-driven culture, implement employee engagement frameworks, introduce leadership development and training best practices.
HR Compliance, Policies & Digital Transformation: Ensure full compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and implement digital transformation in HR processes.
