RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities:Production Oversight and Execution - Supervise production activities, ensuring adherence to Serra’s operating
procedures. - Execute production tasks according to the Batch Process Control Record (BPCR). - Assist with pilot plant studies and plant trials for R&D project scale-up.
Process Monitoring and Documentation - Maintain proper production documentation and records. - Monitor material issuance, in-process checks, and finished product
documentation. - Ensure safe handling and use of chemicals and raw materials.
