• Experience : 8 years and above. Majority Experience in Real Estate industry is
mandatory. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills. Proficiency in
collaboration and delegation of duties. Strong organizational, project management
and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities. Exceptional
interpersonal skills, friendly and professional demeanor.
Key Skills
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to
emails, and interfacing with clients on behalf of the Top Management.
• Must have experience to work in MS - Office. And any other software skills.
• Tech savvy ( known to Handle iphone/ Mac book calendar’s reminders, screen
sharing, editing etc.)
• General Reporting and MIS report knowledge to present and update.
• Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.
• Event Coordination experience.
• Support the Managing Director in the preparation of all documentation required
for key decision making as and when required.
• Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
• Capture Minutes of the meeting and doing comprehensive follow-ups on the
agenda.
• Coordination with External Agencies, Daily follow up with internal as well as
external team on particular task given and update completion/status of the Task
• Visit Sites as when required

RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities:Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients on behalf of the Top Management.
Must have experience to work in MS - Office. And any other software skills.
