• Build a Reliable Sub-Contractor Network: Identify, evaluate, and onboard subcontractors to create a robust and dependable supply chain of labour to meet the diverse needs of various construction sites.
• Ensure Compliance with Labour Laws: Monitor and ensure adherence to all relevant labour laws and regulations, including minimum wage, workplace safety, and working hours, and proactively address any compliance issues.
• Improve Workforce Efficiency: Develop initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency, such as training programs, skill development workshops, and performance management strategies.
