Key Skills
5+ years of relevant design and project handling experience from concept till completion.
• Bachelors and/or Masters' Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Exhibits a Design Centric and Research oriented approach
• Should have dedicated residential experience.
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations with tact, grace, and emotional intelligence
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• The architect should be well versed in architectural standards/processes and sustainability
standards such as GRIHA/LEED/ECBC/ WELL
• Excellent communicator with strong presentations skills – written, oral and graphic.
