Key Skills
- 15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets preferably from a spectrum of frozen foods industry - Strong understanding of B2B, HORECA, and B2C sales channels - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong leadership and coaching skills to inspire, motivate, and develop the sales team - Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop and execute effective sales strategies with a results-driven mindset - Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales performance - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results in a competitive market - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES Primary Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, channels, and strategic partnerships to expand market presence - Lead and motivate the sales team to drive performance and achieve sales goals - Provide ongoing coaching and training to improve the skills and capabilities of the sales team - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of business goals. - Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and forecast - Analyse sales performance data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders - Foster a collaborative and innovative culture that encourages continuous improvement - Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
