To be able to draft Architecture dwgs with sketch given in Autocad / Revit
• Having Photoshop skills for basic rendering work
• Should be able to do RERA area calculations on Autocad
• Should have basic knowledge of MS office (Excel & Powerpoint)
• Should have the ability to visualize objects in three dimensions
• Should be able to modify 3D designs as per the requirements

• Review and ensure the accuracy of technical drawings
• Maintain and update records of all drawings and designs
• Should be able to maintain high level of accuracy and attention to detail in creating technical drawings
• Age 26+ yrs [only male candidates]
• Education: Std X passed with ITI Draughtsman.
• Experience: 10+ Years’ Experience in Real Estate (Preferably with Premium Builders) or working with Architects
Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must
